Driving in to COMEX

While you check out how to save with the great deals at COMEX, we check out how you can save if you are driving down to the Suntec City area.

1.      Suntec City

Parking at Suntec City is the most convenient. Remember to head down early because even though Suntec City has over 3,100 lots, they can fill up very quickly. With multiple car park entrances and exits, traffic rarely jams up around Suntec City. Per entry charge for weekday evenings is also another bonus.

Weekdays, 7am - 5pm: $2.20 for the first hour, $1.10 per subsequent 30 minutes.
Weekdays, 5pm - 12am: $2.20 per entry, $1.10 per hour after 12am.
Weekends and Public Holidays: $1.10 per hour.

2.      Shaw Towers

Just across Nicoll Highway from Suntec City, Shaw Tower stands like a grand old dame next to the uber modern South Beach Tower. If you are visiting COMEX over the weekend, Shaw Towers is a good choice for the per entry charge of $2.14 all day on Saturday and Sunday. Entry into this carpark is at Beach Road.

Located very close to Suntec City, Millenia Walk is another choice parking spot. Per entry charges are for weekday evenings only but nevertheless weekend hourly rates are very reasonable. Note, rates for surface parking on L1 are significantly higher and are usually filled with supercars.

Weekdays, 6pm to 7am: $2.20 per entry.
Weekends and Public Holidays: $2.20 for the first 2 hours, $1.10 per subsequent hour.

4.      Marina Square

Not only does Marina Square have the next largest carpark in the area after Suntec City, walking over to the Suntec City Convention Centre from it also puts you into the thick of action at COMEX in no time as the link bridge leads right into the convention centre. Four hours is the optimal parking duration with the cost per hour doubling after that. If you are planning a full day at COMEX, consider parking at one of the other nearby carparks.

Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5pm: $2.20 for the first two hours, $1.10 per subsequent 30 minutes.
Monday to Thursday, 5pm to 2am: $2.20 per entry, $1.10 per subsequent 30 minutes after 2am.

5.      Raffles City Shopping Centre

Not many people realise that the tunnel that connects Raffles City Shopping Centre to the Esplanade MRT station is a slightly faster walk to Suntec City instead of going via CitiLink. Look for the basement extension in Raffles City next to MPH and Kikki K. Follow the shops to the Esplanade MRT Station and keep going forward. When you spot Coffee and Toast to your right, the escalators up to Suntec City won’t be far from there.

Weekdays, 6pm to 7.59am: $3 per entry.
